Ciúnas is a community service in East Clare for family carers and those in their care as well as the elderly, disabled, long term ill and those with special needs. Ciúnas means ‘stillness’, and our aim is to reduce stress and increase well-being. We provide complementary therapies in a warm, compassionate, confidential setting, where finances are not a barrier to access.
