TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR 2012/2013

New Beginners Running Schedule

Takes place every Monday night at 8PM.   We meet at the Scariff Rugby Grounds.  Our training follows the Meet & Train program which gently introduces running into your fitness. We will train at the rugby grounds, so suitable footwear is needed.
All beginners are very welcome.

Winter Running Schedule from October to March 2012/2013

(All running/fitness levels are very welcome)

Monday Evening

All runs will take place around the Rock in Tuamgraney.  We will meet at 8pm in the Rugby Grounds, Scariff and run the 5km route to Tuamgraney.

Saturday Mornings

Our Saturday morning runs will start outside St Cronan’s church Tuamgraney at 10am and run the 5KM route along the Commins Tuamgraney.

Wednesday Evenings

BootCamp training is available for anyone who wishes to tone up and increase their core fitness.  We meet at 8PM at the Rugby Grounds Scariff.
